On the pristine Hawkins Island in the Prince William Sound. Access is by floatplane or boat... Historic Cordova is about 12 miles away. This water front land has nice trees and the fishing and hunting is great. Build your own cabin and access all the sound from this location for deer and bear hunting, halibut and salmon fishing, drop your crabpots or go shrimping. There are very limited private holdings in the Prince William Sound...interesting trades considered. |
